Erika Tormos was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

She studied biotechnology before shifting into art, business, and later, fashion. In 2016, she founded her first label, with production based in Peru. By 2017, her work had reached the Latin music industry, including exclusive commissions for global artists.

Formal training in tailoring and couture technique followed. Her graduate collection earned the Cutting and Tailoring Award in 2020. Since 2021, she has refined her craft in Mexico City and Barcelona, specializing in couture corsetry.

Erika opened her atelier in San Juan in 2022. Today, her work exists quietly—in private wardrobes, and stages.
